A compelling LinkedIn profile can help you make connections with recruiters and hiring managers, use your network more effectively, and be found online more easily. Over the next few weeks, I’ll share with you insider tips on how to make your profile effective and attention-grabbing. Let’s start with your headline. How to make your LinkedIn headline pop. What are the first two things someone notices about your LinkedIn profile? Your headline and your picture. Don’t stress. I’ll offer tips on making the right choice for both.
